 |  | | We were Christie's charity of the year in 2005, and due to its enormous success the partnership was extended to 2006 and raised a fantastic £26,000. Christie’s staff went to great lengths to raise vital funds including hiking Ben Nevis and organising tennis tournaments, pub quizzes, staff art exhibitions, foreign coin collections and book swaps. The Scottish contingents, led by Julia Monelle, organised a fantastic Burns Night Supper complete with band, traditional food and Scottish dancing! |  |

 |  | | Standard Life employees put huge efforts into fundraising for Leukaemia Research in 2004. Roadshows at offices throughout Edinburgh raised awareness of the partnership supported the fundraising year with casual dress days, Standard Life lottery and payroll giving. More active employees have took part in the Edinburgh Marathon and Standard Life's own sponsored walk through Edinburgh. Standard Life’s money paid for an entire year of a project in Southampton, developing and testing DNA vaccines for blood cancers. |

 |  | | In 2003 we were chosen as the first charity of the year for Dairy Crest. Due to the success of the two-year partnership, it was extended to four years and raised £1million, smashing the initial £500,000 target. |  |
 | BAe Systems - 1999 |
 |  | | BAe Systems staff organised a whole range of fundraising activities for our pioneering research programme in 1999, including marshalling Ian Botham's walk from Land's End to John O'Groats. They smashed their target of £500,000, raising an incredible £720,000 by the end of the partnership. |
