Liz McColgan is quite simply one of the best distance runners this country has ever produced.
From her silver medal at the 1988 Olympics to her triumphant gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in 1986 and the World Championships in 1991, Liz's accomplishments firmly establish her as one of our top athletes.
She has shown no signs of slowing down since retiring from professional competition in 2001. Liz leads the popular "Banana Army" - our very own running team, whose distinctive yellow T-shirts can be seen at running events up and down the country. To join Liz as one of our runners, click here.
