Friday 9 February 2007 EBMT UK Nurses NAP Group One of three meetings featured this year for specialist nurses to improve the care of patients undergoing haematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Friday 26-Saturday 27 January 2007 RCN Cancer Care 2007: Together against cancer This is the 13th annual cancer care conference from the Royal College of Nursing. This year the programme focuses on the collaboration between cancer health care professionals. Topics which may interest haematology nurses are evaluated outcomes of collaborative thinking between the voluntary sector and the NHS; the NHS End of Life Care Programme – preferred place of care. Also speaker Jane Lovell, CNS in haematology from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, will give a presentation about the implementation of a nurse led for patients with MGUS (Monoclonal Gammopathy of Unknown Significance).
