Family is important to us at Leukaemia Research. Blood cancers affect thousands of families and our aim is to make sure everyone has the very best chance of survival by funding the very best research. This work is only possible thanks to our brilliant family of supporters.
Saturday 25 April - Morning
The morning session will focus on clinical trials - the last and vital stage before new drugs are available to patients. Three researchers will present their work:
Professor John Sweetenham, Chair of our Clinical Trials Advisory Panel, Why clinical trials are necessary.
Dr Kim Orchard - Accurate Radiotherapy, Transforming treatment for multiple myeloma.
Dr Pamela Kearns, Trials in childhood leukaemia.
Saturday 25 April - Afternoon
Our Conference feels like a family reunion, with so many people coming together, old friends and new, all bound by a passion for our charity. This year we’ll be celebrating our special family during the afternoon session as we hear from a range of fundraisers and supporters.
Throughout the event you will have a chance to view exhibitions and mingle with members of Leukaemia Research’s family of supporters.

Costs
Conference, lunch and refreshments on Saturday 25 April are free of charge.
Reception and dinner on Friday 24 April: £20/person.
Hotel accommodation (with en-suite bathroom and full breakfast) from Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 April: £80/room/night.
