|  | | |  In June this year 22 employees from one division of Deloitte set out for Snowdon, determined to conquer the UK’s tallest mountains!
All 22 completed the challenge in under 24 hours, and then quickly collapsed into bed! They still managed to muster the energy to celebrate in Scotland that evening before their return to London.
Importantly they raised almost £14,000 for Leukaemia Research and British Heart Foundation, which includes very generous Matched Funding from Deloitte.
They aren’t the only ones at Deloitte taking on this challenge. Already this year another 3 divisions are planning their 3 Peaks Challenge, and have raised over £6000 before they have even set off!
 Deloitte have chosen Leukaemia Research and the British Heart Foundation as their charity partners for 2005 and 2006, hoping to raise £1/2 million during the 2 year partnership. |
