Terms and conditions
1. By entering the Forget Me Not Walk you agree to abide by the conditions of entry and any instructions given to you by the organisers and officials of the event. You also agree to follow the Countryside Code at all times and respect other path users. Being an entrant in the Forget Me Not Walk does not give you the right of way on the roads or paths at any time.
2. Your entry fee is non refundable under any circumstances.
3. We are unable to accept entries on the day for administrative reasons.
4. Each walker is responsible for his or her own personal safety at all times.
5. You are strongly advised to consult your doctor prior to undertaking any exercise programme.
6. Only finishers will receive a medal and goodie bag.
7. Your t-shirt will be sent to you prior to the event and must be worn during the walk.
8. This event is for the purpose of raising money for Leukaemia Research exclusively.
9. By entering the Forget Me Not Walk, you give permission for the free use of your name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or other account of this event. These may be used more generally to illustrate the kind of event that Leukaemia Research organises and the people who get involved with the organisation.
10. In the event of the walk being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to contact all entrants prior to the day where possible. Last minute changes will be posted on this website.
