Q. How can I enter?
A. You can enter online here or by telephone on 020 7269 9063. If you would like an entry form please feel free to contact us or a download of the 2008 entry form will be available soon.
Q. What is the fee and what does this cover?
A. The entry fee is just £7.50. This covers all administration costs, your t-shirt and medal.
Q. Can I enter on the day?
A. No. Unfortunately, as we are limited on numbers it will not be possible to enter on the day.
Q. What is the last date to enter the Walk?
A. We will be accepting entries up until September 10; if the event is full before that date we will close bookings earlier. We will keep this website up to date; come back and keep checking the home page.
Q. What happens if I can’t make it?
A. Either phone 020 7269 9063, or e-mail walk@lrf.org.uk with your details and reason for dropping out.
Please note we are unable to refund any entry fees.
However if you are able to find someone to walk in your place we are happy to transfer your entry fee free of charge. Please note all transfers must take place before Friday 14 September.
Q. When will I receive my walker’s pack and t-shirt?
A. You will receive a confirmation letter and fundraising pack within two weeks of entering. Approximately two weeks before the event you will receive your t-shirt and details for the day.
Q. I don’t live near Bournemouth, Southport or Chester, are there any other locations?
A. We hope to organise similar walks next year across the UK. You can however organise your own walk. Click here for more details.
