Freedom is not a call centre operation. All enquiries are answered by a team of caring and knowledgeable staff who recognise that certain sensitivities and anxieties connected with pre-existing medical conditions should be understood and respected at all times.

Each case is individually underwritten and engaging our specialist knowledge of the treatment and management of cancer, we are ready to consider individuals undergoing treatment such as chemotherapy.
A key requirement is that holiday makers should be clinically stable and be travelling with the consent of their attending specialist Consultant. We actively support a number of cancer charities and ask our customers to help them by choosing to make a donation.
