Clumber Park Bikeathon

Distance: 11 or 19 miles
This year's Clumber Park Bikeathon took place on Sunday 11 May 2008.
The National Trust once more gave their support and permission for this, the 12th annual Clumber Park Bikeathon, which was held in this stunning location.
Riders had a choice of either 11 miles (one circuit) or 19 miles (two circuits) on the quiet, picturesque roads and tracks within Clumber Park.
Over 900 riders raised an amazing £40,000 on a splendid sunny day!
This is an outstanding achievement so a huge thank you to all those that participated & helped raise this fantastic amount!
The sponsorship raised from the Clumber Park Bikeathon will help us to invest even more money into our lifesaving research programme. Thanks to your fantastic efforts, we are taking steps closer each year to reaching our ultimate goal of finding a cure for everyone.
Next year's Clumber Bikeathon will take place on Sunday 10th May, 2009.
