Fundraising at work

Fundraisers sponsored sponge throwing!

A really good way to raise money is to get your company and colleagues involved:

-The simplest way you can get your company to support you is to enquire about their matched giving policy. Most companies are part of a scheme where they will match your fundraising total e.g: you raise £200, they donate an additional £200. It is definitely worth approaching them to see if they’ll help.

-Create a cycling team by asking your colleagues to join you in cycling at the Bikeathon

-Organise a dress down day with everyone paying £2

-Get sponsored to take the stairs all day instead of the lift. Maybe a colleague will suffer with you

-Put your company logo on your T-shirts in return for sponsorship

-Swear box – Have a swear box or late box at the office
