Paying in your sponsorship money
If you have raised all your sponsorship through your online fundraising page at Justgiving then your work is done! Nothing to collect or follow up with.
If you have raised any funds via your paper sponsorship form, once completing your event you will need to collect all the money.
We will send you a ‘congratulations’ letter shortly after the Bikeathon Around Britain event you participate in has been completed. Enclosed with this letter will be a payment notice with your name and address on it. Fill this in, enclose your sponsorship cheques along with sponsorship forms and send them as soon as possible to:

You can pay in your sponsorship money to us in the following ways:
Bank
If you would like to pay your sponsorship money into any Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest Branch please contact us and we will send you a bank paying-in slip.
Bank Direct payment
If you have lots of cash that you would like to pay straight into our bank account just call us on 020 7269 9001.
Post
Write a cheque or postal order, payable to 'Leukaemia Research' for the total amount and send it in with your sponsorship forms. Please do not post cash.
Telephone
If you’ve collected the money and would like to pay by debit or credit card just call the Bikeathon team on 020 7269 9001.
Please note: Make sure your sponsors use the gift aid section on the paper sponsorship form. We can claim back an extra 28p from every pound donated by a UK taxpayer at no extra cost to them. We need their home address and postcode for this. Company addresses are not valid.
